Ok this review is biased. No doubt. My professional experience with Rebecca is complicated by the fact that she is my mother. In any case, this book can save lives and prevent suffering. After 25 years as a nurse and nearly a decade as a specialized ND; Dr. Ford can provide you with the pertinent information you need to avoid common mistakes made in hospitals every day. Compare the price of $12.95 to the cost of potential medical complications.

My review is biased as well. Dr. Ford is my ex-wife. I bear no grudges. She’s a terrific person. In the years I have known her she has demonstrated a desire to contribute to the well being of individuals and to populations like those about to be hospitalized. She is off the scale smart and she has brought her intelligence, heart and experience to bear in this contribution to those who might be harmed by hospitalization. If you or someone you love is about to be hospitalized you owe it to yourself and to your loved one to buy this book and to apply the lessons therein.
