Wonderful stories told on behalf of rabbits, sometimes causing tears on the eyes. These stories let us understand more these beautiful creatures – rabbits and to love them much more.

Love, hope, fear, abandonment, sorrow, loss, theses are not exclusive to humans. These stories will open your eyes, and your heart to what many animals go through. You don’t have to be a rabbit person, pet owner, or animal lover to enjoy this book. Seeing the world through their eyes will make you rethink what you thought you knew about rabbits, or any other pet. If reading this doesn’t tug at your heart, you need to find out where it went missing. Also, this is a MUST READ for anyone thinking of buying a rabbit as a gift for a child!

This is a must read for anybody who loves rabbits, ever had a rabbit touch their lives or is a volunteer at a rabbit rescue. Rabbits are the third most popular pets, but they remain the most misunderstood and horrendously abused as they don’t have a “voice” like a cat or a dog. Fred has managed to give them voices, and bring tears to your eyes. The tale of Bumper the Bunny who’s love for his human is so great that he couldn’t wait to join her over that rainbow bridge to Roi and Anastasia’s love story, you’ll be beguiled, weeping and chuckling over the voices of these amazing animals. While each story is a standalone they are interconnected through loses and abandonment (mainly humans abandoning these rabbits after they’ve gotten tired of them and got bored of the poor bunnies). It’s hard to find another writer that can capture the rabbit’s indomitable spirit much like Richard Adam’s have with Watership Down. It is worthy of a read and I look forward to more tales from Fred.

A must read. This novel is about family ties, strange and different places, all from the perspective of wild & domestic rabbits. Everyone and everything is brought to life. Once I started reading I was hooked. Awesome read, and I can hardly wait for your next novel.

A beautifully written book from the author Fred L Tate. I bought this book years ago, and read it right after I received it in the mail. Anyone who loves bunnies, will love this book. It tells about family life in a Warren, the heartache and the happiness. Fred you have written an excellent book, and I look forward to reading your next book as soon as it is published.

  13. Jackie McKee

Absolutely loved this book. Very hard to put down. Complete rollercoaster of emotions. I highly recommend it. Can’t wait for the next book, if it is as beautifully and sympathetically written as The Warren, it should be a best seller.

  14. Jane B

I highly recommend this book. It is unique, written from the perspective of the rabbits. I wonder if Mr. Tate was a rabbit in a previous life as he expresses himself so well and convincingly.

  15. Kimberly

I absolutely love this book. It made me laugh and touched my heart making me cry. Thank you Mr Tate for sharing your special moments with your bunnies.

  16. Willow

One of the best books I have read in my lifetime. You can tell he’s a rabbit owner and also has a kind heart. Anyone who has lost a beloved pet hopes his telling of a pets passing is true. I hope he writes a children’s book about death and animals.
